Re-encoding videos in AV1 without quality loss
I'm trying to find out how to re-encode videos with AV1 to save storage without reducing quality, even in places where AV1 and SVT-AV1 usually have troubles. There are a few corner cases which make things more difficult and I'll try to solve them.
